River Hills Village

The Cottages at River Hills provide convenient, private, and maintenance free independent living. Five styles of cottages are available, ranging from one bedroom, one bath (890 sq.ft.) to two bedrooms, two bath (1566 sq.ft.) Each cottage has an attached garage and is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, gas fireplace and vertical blinds. Cottage tenants may use our exercise equipment, fish in our stocked pond, enjoy a walk along our well-groomed walking paths, participate in bingo or card games, attend Bible study and church services, join us for a bus ride to the country or community event, or just sit back and take in an afternoon movie.
