Good Samaritan Home of Quincy

Good Samaritan Home of Quincy offers 180 cottages for Independent Living, located on our main Harrison campus and a few blocks south at Cherry Lanes Estates. They are perfect for the active senior looking to downsize while maintaining self-sufficiency. They all offer the privacy and independence of having your own apartment. Cottages vary in size, style, and price. Rent for the one or two bedroom units includes all inside and outside maintenance and utilities (except phone, internet, and cable). Pets are permitted for an additional one-time fee. Cottages are open to ages 55 and older. Cottagers are welcome to participate in activities at the home, such as aquatic exercise classes, outings, entertainment, and daily chapel services. Buffet-style meals are also available to purchase in the main building, and an emergency response nurse is just a phone call away. Cottagers have assured priority placement in Good Samaritan Home Shelter or Nursing Care if the need arises.
