As a community-based nonprofit, Eskaton exists solely to fulfill its mission of enhancing the quality of life of seniors. There are no proprietary owners or stockholders. Profits are reinvested in our properties and services, and we endeavor to manage costs responsibly for our seniors, many of whom are on a fixed income. We routinely survey customers, family members and employees to measure their satisfaction, and to receive feedback. We gladly share the results and are proud to consistently score around 95% for overall satisfaction. Our employee turnover is low, our quality metrics high, we value transparency, and are proud of our reputation. Our standards for staffing and how we conduct business are non-negotiable. If you want to speak with the CEO or anyone else on the senior leadership team, we are accessible We do make mistakes from time to time. We believe the best way to respond to challenges is to empower our employees to do the right thing. Eskaton members and the board of directors are volunteer citizens from the community. Their charge is to represent the interests of the aging and their families. To be entrusted with the care and support of older adults is a privilege. We encourage families to visit our competitors, observe resident / staff interactions, talk with other family members, and make the most informed choice possible.
