A community founded in 1997 for those with a broad world view. Paradise Valley Estates is a 76-acre, nonprofit Life Plan Community that welcomes people age 60 and older from all walks of life. Our neighborhood, founded by military officers in 1997 and now open to others as well, is a place to enjoy your next chapter with the greatest peace of mind. The master planned neighborhood, just a few miles from Travis Air Force Base, is an ideal location for retired uniformed services officers of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health and NOAA. The community’s conceptual design was to provide a retirement lifestyle that assured occupancy and healthcare services for officers who had honorably served their nation through uniformed service. It’s a legacy that’s as strong today as it was our grand opening day. Paradise Valley Estates’ inclusive financial program guarantees unlimited access to community healthcare services with little-to-no extra cost. A Life Plan Community, we are fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a stringent quality designation that evaluates every aspect of life in a community. The accreditation, first earned in 2009, demonstrates our commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving the community.
