Tenants come and go as they please, but enjoy a secure environment and maintenance-free living. No more shoveling snow and cleaning the gutters! Flexibility At VMP, all rooms are private pay, and rates vary by the size of the room. Rooms can be rented monthly. When your health conditions change and assisted living or skilled nursing is necessary, rest assured. Our full continuum of care provides you with the genuine care you have come to know with VMP. We have assisted living, in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing right on campus!
