Tods Crossing apartments is an affordable rental housing community located in Warren, OH. Tods Crossing features many different unit and property amenities for your convenience. Tod's Crossing is nestled at the end of Fourth Street in a park like setting. Our residents love how quiet it is with no street traffic sounds. Our property's street lamps light the winding sidewalks through our property, another benefit that our residents enjoy on those relaxing walks. Each apartment home has its own entrance with a patio or porch. Our residents enjoy getting together to sing, to play games, bingo, and exercise at the clubhouse. Residents are welcome to reserve the community room & kitchen for their family events. Our on-site Service Coordinator helps seniors connect to community services, home care, rehab, transportation, and much more. The Service Coordinator is the advocate for our residents. We have two full time maintenance staff members and one is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
