The New Homestead

Independent Living allows you to live in a private apartment that you decorate and furnish to your own liking. You can have all of the comforts of home, without the worries. Newly constructed Independent Living apartments are available in one bedroom, one bedroom and den, and two bedroom floor plans. All new apartments feature full kitchens, personal washer and dryer, and individually controlled heating and cooling. Several garage spaces are available for an additional fee to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Down the hall, residents can enjoy the fitness center, community dining area, or join friends for games and get-togethers in the activity room.
