COTTAGE LIVING provides charming independent senior living accommodations for individuals with an active lifestyle. One and two-bedroom ranch-style cottages are available. Each independent living cottage has a living room and a full kitchen, and the monthly rate also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Resident Dining Room and all utilities (except telephone and cable). Many of the independent living cottages have decks that allow residents to sit outside and enjoy nature or host your own backyard party. The yards are maintained by Saint Simeon’s, but you may choose to plant your favorite flowers, shrubs or even a personal garden.
