Located on two campuses near the Sandusky Bay, Providence Care Centers offers the full continuum of care. Providence Care Center, designed for comfort and accessibility, features 138 shared and private skilled nursing suites, including 14 dedicated exclusively for short-term rehabilitation patients. The Center features an aquatic pool for its post-acute rehabilitation patients. The Commons of Providence offers 62 independent living apartments, 22 independent living villa homes, 56 assisted living apartments, and 36 memory care suites. Each option includes a wide array of services and amenities.
