A Life Plan Community, also known as a CCRC (continuing care retirement community), Moldaw Residences offers a continuum of health care in addition to independent living. Services include assisted living and memory support, and priority access to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services at San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. We serve seniors in the Bay Area, near Mountain View in Santa Clara County, as well as participate in Palo Alto’s BMR (Below Market Rate) Program.
