Our 37 cottages offer the independent duplex lifestyle, but with square footage similar to our apartments. These cottages are arranged in a neighborhood townhouse style offering single-floor living (some with basements) and convenient off-street parking. Londonderry Village offers 130 apartments in studio, one and two bedroom, and deluxe models – all connected to our main building and the community’s central hub of activity. Here, it is never too hot, too cold, too rainy or snowy to keep you from enjoying our many social functions, taking a dip in the pool, hitting the gym, getting a prescription filled in our pharmacy, or just visiting with friends down the hall.
