We are a senior living community in Gladstone, Missouri (just north of Kansas City), and we offer four levels of living: independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. We don’t like to think of ourselves as a typical senior living community or a nursing home — we’re a family. Every resident is treated with care and served with a smile every day. At Linden Woods Village, our staff has a philosophy of care that is implemented into the everyday operations. Residential independent living offers the privacy of your own home without the troubles of its care and maintenance. Our independent living residences feature expansive, light-filled floor plans with full kitchens and modern conveniences. Your independent living rent includes: A restaurant-style meal and continental breakfast prepared on site and served daily in our dining room. Emergency response pendant system. Scheduled transportation. All utilities are included in the living rent (except phone). Your home will include cable TV. Your home will include a washer & dryer. Each home comes with individually-controlled central heating and cooling systems. Your living rent includes weekly housekeeping services If you would like it, a linen service is included in your rent. You have access to all Linden Woods Village events and amenities. There is plenty of complimentary outdoor parking. Underground parking is also available for an additional fee if you'd like to stay out of the elements. Your home will include a full kitchen with modern appliances. We are pet-friendly! Included in your rent is a storage unit.
