Our campus is home to approximately 240 mature, vibrant adults. It is a place where our team of compassionate professionals nurture the spirit of life in each individual through Juniper’s distinctive programs that encourage active bodies, engaged minds and fulfilled spirits. At Juniper Village, we believe that the keys to healthy aging are keeping fit and staying socially connected. And within every community on our campus, we offer award winning care and service via Juniper’s nine Signature Programs including our individualized Connections activities program and our innovative Connect4Life program for resident well-being. Through our Connect4Life program we provide coordinated clinical and wellness care on-site, throughout our care continuum, including primary care and physical and occupational therapy.
