Eventide

Eventide became a reality after many members of area Lutheran congregations joined in a commitment with local business individuals and volunteered their efforts to create a place to care for elders in this community. The first resident was admitted on April 1, 1963. Today, we have grown to add services, programs, and facilities to better assist individuals in this community. We house 62 independent living units, 36 assisted living units, and a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Eventide is governed by a local Board of Directors comprised of delegates from the area Lutheran Churches and the local Chamber and Development Council. Being a non-profit organization, the bottom line is not about profits…it’s about exceeding the expectations of our residents, families, and employees.
