Welcome to Carlyle Place, Navicent Health, Central Georgia’s first and only Life Plan Community. In 2001, we opened our doors with the mission to provide fulfilling lifestyle opportunities and exceptional healthcare services to seniors in Macon and the surrounding areas. Over the years, we’ve remained steadfast in our commitment to our residents as they pursue new possibilities and plan to lead healthy and active lives. Our approach to their overall wellness and well being has helped establish the Carlyle Place name as a prominent and dedicated leader in senior living. It is not only our mission but our pleasure to help our residents plan for their futures and live those plans out to the fullest. Located on a beautifully landscaped 58-acre campus just northwest of Macon with 226 independent living Garden Homes and Apartments, 29 assisted living residences, 26 memory care residences, and 40 skilled nursing residences. Our community provides security, stability, and support for our residents to successfully navigate the various stages of senior living. Carlyle Place provides our residents the freedom, time, and most importantly peace of mind to pursue what they most enjoy, with the knowledge they are prepared for the future.
