Asbury Towers

Asbury Towers is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). We offer a lifestyle with independence and the security of available skilled care when needed. A variety of options within the continuum of care are available. Each lifestyle option is designed to meet unique needs and maximize quality of life. The Asbury Towers campus includes Village cottages which are two-bedroom, two-bath and attached garage. Enjoy the ease and freedom of retirement free from all the pressures of home maintenance. The Village cottages are independent living; however, residents may choose to take part in activities provided by the Towers’ at no additional charge. In addition, residents of Asbury Village can sign up for an emergency response pendant through Asbury Towers. For a small fee, residents will have the security of knowing that nursing staff can be there at the push of a button. Asbury Towers also offer wellness clinics, exercise programs, wood shop (some conditions apply), library, beauty/barber shop and many other amenities to residents of the Asbury Village. Our campus covers three and a half city blocks and is located within walking distance to Greencastle’s historic town square. Our services include a licensed Skilled Nursing Center which is certified for Medicare and Medicaid, Towers Apartments which are licensed Residential and Assisted Living with some apartments available under the Medicaid Assisted Living and Aged & Disabled waivers. To complete our community, we offer independent living in our beautiful Village garden condos. Our facilities include a forty-eight bed Skilled Nursing Center, twenty-three Village condos which comprise Asbury Village, and three licensed Residential/Assisted Living floors with fifty-four apartments in the Towers. Additionally, we are situated on the perimeter of DePauw University where our resident can attend classes or enjoy musical and dramatic presentations and a variety of special speakers at the Performing Arts Center. You pay an initial fee and have guaranteed care for the rest of your life. If your savings runs out we will cover your expenses, such as medicine and food. Its an investment in your future.
