Westgate Hills is a 110 bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Nestled in the heart of Delaware County the facility is conveniently located near Rt.3 and Rt.476 (the Blue Route). Westgate is proud to offer Resident Centered Care as part of its Rapid Recovery Program which focuses on providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies in coordination with our skilled nursing care with the goal of returning patients to their highest level of independence.
