Neil advises Kithward on all aspects of real estate regulatory issues as applicable to the business. He is the managing partner of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, with law offices in California and New York. Neil is the partner in charge of real estate, covering residential and commercial real estate matters. Neil also serves as counsel to the Real Estate Board of New York ("REBNY"), New York City's leading real estate trade association, giving him a front-row seat to the issues realtors face. Neil also holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist ("SRES") designation and understands the issues and solutions for the elderly in real estate transactions and relocation. Neil was appointed to the New York State Board of Real Estate. He is certified as an instructor of real estate courses and enjoys teaching and lecturing, particularly on the topic of fair housing. Neil received his JD from Cornell Law School.
