Kiwanis Village

Kiwanis Village apartments is an affordable rental housing community for seniors age 62 and older. We are located in Findlay, OH., and feature many different unit and property amenities, such as refrigerator, stove, community room, plus much more. Our senior housing facility includes 45 dwelling units, administrative offices, and community spaces. We made a complete renovation of the interior spaces, as well as exterior improvements, and multiple minor building additions. We also included many site improvements to the parking lot, walking paths, gazebo, and landscaping. We welcome questions and comments from residents, family members, and those interested in housing and health care for themselves or for loved ones. We also look forward to learning how we might serve your organization or community group with one of our many housing and health care services.
